Cooking Time: 2-4 hours (4-qt. slow-cooker)
Makes 8 servings
8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
lemon pepper to taste
10 3/4-oz. can cream of chicken soup
3-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
8-oz. carton sour cream
- Place 4 breasts in bottom of slow-cooker, Sprinkle with lemon pepper.
- Mix soup and cream cheese together in a bowl. When blended, fold in sour cream.
- Pour half the sauce over the breast in the cooker.
- Repeats steps 1-3.
- Cover and cook on High for 2-4 hours, or until chicken is tender.
You can serve this over rice
